Charlotte Thompson, RPL
With TWW Since 2004
Charlotte Thompson is Project Manager and Training Coordinator for TWW. As Project Manager, she oversees the daily activities of landmen in multiple counties and aids in developing the skills of new, up and coming landmen. Charlotte works with small clients on a variety of projects while maintaining a large project with a major client. She sees projects through to completion including lease checks, leasing, drillsite runsheets, curative and due diligence.
As Training Coordinator, Charlotte selects topics and presenters and coordinates all in-house training for TWW, ensuring all TWW brokers stay on the cutting edge of the land services business.
Charlotte was the eighteenth person to join TWW back in 2004, and she has been a strong contributor as the company has grown exponentially. Before coming to TWW, Charlotte spent two years with the Smith County Tax Office, abstracting and tracking down delinquent taxpayers. That experience served her well when she came to TWW, as she started out on a crew working with Jeremy Wheat doing title work. She quickly discovered that potential Lessors are much more willing to be “found” than delinquent taxpayers, although sometimes it takes quite a bit of work to find them.
Charlotte grew up in East Texas and now lives in Whitehouse. She enjoys spending time with her two children and her grandson.
