Cliff Bratton started his oil and gas career with Ted W. Walters & Associates in 2006. He proved to be a quick study, with an insatiable desire to learn the business and a strong work ethic. His conscientious nature and demonstrated leadership abilities earned Cliff his current position as Project Manager in 2009. Cliff is known for his out-of-the-box, get-it-done mentality, which has earned him a place on the TWW Leadership Council as well.
Cliff’s Project Management experience is broad, sometimes as the Lead Broker and others as part of the leadership team. He has worked several projects from the ground up, from lease check to drill site runsheets. He has also worked small due diligence projects and run very large leasing projects for another Project Manager. He received his Registered Professional Landman designation in September 2013.
Prior to his landman career, Cliff had four years of experience in restaurant and bar management. In that business, Cliff learned how to multitask, think on his feet and work well with people, all skills that he uses daily at TWW.
Cliff is from Pensacola, Florida; he now lives in Flint, Texas with his wife April and their two children. Cliff enjoys duck hunting and four-wheeling and spending time with his family.
