David Green is a TWW Project Manager and he also serves on the TWW Leadership Council. He has been with TWW since 2005 and for many years has served as TWW’s South and West Texas Project Manager. David has typically been a “working project manager”, which means he personally performs leasehold checks, prepares drill site runsheets, and conducts due diligence projects, all while overseeing crews working acquisition and divestiture, due diligence and curative projects and keeping his clients apprised of progress. David’s demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions earned him a spot on the TWW Leadership Council.

David’s extensive oil and gas experience dates back to 1977, when he negotiated drill sites, surface use contracts and settled damage issues across the Texas Gulf Coast Region.  After nine years in oil and gas, he worked as a Product Support Manager in the heavy equipment industry, spending seventeen years in the Central and Southeastern United States. In 2003, he moved into Management in the Home Improvement Sector with a direct charge to improve the marketing and growth of the rental equipment market to the housing industry. Before becoming a Project manager at TWW, David worked as a Field Landman in East and Central Texas and Northern Louisiana.

David’s clients appreciate his strong work ethic and his direct and honest approach to business. He credits his parents for instilling in him the importance of working sincerely for a day’s wage and treating others with respect and dignity, putting them at ease regardless of the situation. David is frequently on the road, going wherever he and/or a crew is needed by clients. Outside of work, David enjoys archery, fishing and woodworking along with historical re-enactments and Texas history.
