Melissa Grimes is an Assistant Project Manager for Ted W. Walters & Associates. She joined TWW in March 2011 after working four years for another broker. Prior to her current position at TWW, Melissa worked as a landman, assistant project manager and project manager in various areas around the state of Texas, with an emphasis on mineral ownership, runsheets, leasing, curative and working interest. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills make her an asset to both her clients and the TWW organization.

Born in Pennsylvania, Melissa’s family moved around quite a bit during her childhood before settling in the Tyler area in 1993. She has two miniature dachshunds, Hazel and Lilly. Melissa loves to travel and spend time with their dogs. When she’s not working or traveling, Melissa’s favorite pastimes are shopping and reading.
