With TWW Since 2009
Steven Graham started working with Ted W. Walters & Associates in 2009. Almost immediately, his strong work ethic and ability to lead positioned him to become an Assistant Project Manager, where he helped manage the daily work activity of a large crew. This provided much-needed relief for the Project Managers to keep up with the client expectations and demands. Over the years, Steven has consistently served as an Assistant Project Manager or played a major role in TWW projects. The consistency he has shown with his work ethic and ability to lead earned him a Project Manager position at TWW in 2017.
Steven has over thirty years of experience in working with land and landowners, starting long before he joined TWW. He worked with a family-owned and -operated business for many years in the Maine Forest Industry, and this became the foundation for his success in oil and gas. The similar tasks of researching easements, deeds, tax records, locating and contacting landowners were all part of his experience in the forest industry. Having a good working relationship with a landowner, adjoining landowner, or foresters were always a top priority as well as knowing and working within the rules and regulations of the timber harvest laws. Additional experience was gained by locating and re-marking boundary lines, wet lands, and anything else that may cause a violation. All of this would have to be completed before the land would be cleared for harvesting. The work ethic, people skills and experience honed in the forest industry helped make Steven the well-rounded landman he is today.
Steven is from Marion, Maine and currently lives in Tyler, Texas with his wife Juli and their two daughters Emily and Kaitlin.
